Effective 2016: 503.2.1.1 – Vegetation Clearance along access roads. Areas within 10 feet horizontal and 15 feet vertical on each side of portions of highways, public and private streets, roads and driveways which are ordinarily used for vehicular traffic shall be cleared of flammable vegetation and other combustible growth.
