The Board of Directors meets regularly on the third Wednesday of the calendar month at 9:00 a.m. The Board meets at the Ben Lomond Fire Station meeting room at 9430 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA. Special meetings of the Board of Directors can be called by the Chairman of the Board or by a majority of the Board of Directors. A meeting may be canceled because of a lack of a quorum of voting members or the lack of agenda items. Specific operations of the Board of Directors can be referenced in District policy.
All Board of Directors meetings and the Board members’ conduct are regulated by the Brown Act as specified in the California Government Code, Section 54950 et. seq.
